"Bob" was brougt into our clinic by one of our clients, who found him injured. "Bob" had been shot in the right rear leg and Dr. Gordon tried applying a splint to allow his leg to heal. After several different splints, Dr. Gordon said that his leg needed to be amputated. His caretaker could not afford the cost of surgery and elected to sign him over to us so that he could be treated. "Bob" became very ill and required steroids to stabilize his condition. After removing his leg, "Bob" continued to receive care and medication and later became a diabetic. He is now considered to be our "prince" of the treatment area and hops around, keeping a constant eye on our technicians and doctors.
