Our facility stocks many of the prescription diets recommended by our veterinarians. Due to limited storage, we do not routinely stock non-prescription diets (except kitten food.) We carry a very large selection of Hill’s Science Diet Prescription foods, Royal Canin, and Purina diets. You may purchase prescription food from our facility during regular business hours.

If your pet is currently receiving medications prescribed by one of our doctors, you may call, fax, or email your refill request. All requests will be handled in the order they are received. Please leave contact information with your request so that you can be reached for questions or notified when your refill has been handled. Please note we are not a dispensing pharmacy. Therefore, we cannot fill prescriptions for patients who do not have an established doctor/patient relationship. By law, we can only fill medications that have been prescribed by our veterinarians.

Flea and heartworm prevention are very important for the health and well-being of your pet. Heartworm prevention is extremely important for indoor and outdoor cats. Heartworm prevention is a prescription medication and can only be dispensed if your pet has been examined within the past year by one of our veterinarians. This prevention is available in an oral chewable tablet, regular tablet, or as a topical application, combined with flea prevention. Flea prevention is available as a monthly topical treatment and is provided by several different manufacturers. Capstar is a tablet that may be given orally for immediate relief from fleas, but is only active in your cat’s system for approximately 24 hours. Please call for more information.
