Our clinic offers appointments on a daily basis from 9AM - 4:30PM. Routine wellness exams, vaccines, re-check examinations, and pre-surgical visits are just a few services offered during our regular appointment times. If your pet exhibits any sneezing, runny eyes/nose, or hair loss, it is possible that the condition may be contagious and therefore may need to be seen at a specific time. Please contact one of our reception staff members to schedule your pet's visit appropriately. If you are unable to visit our clinic during normal appointment times, we also offer drop-off service for established patients. Drop-off appointments are scheduled for check-in between 7:30-8:30 AM. Unless you have an animal emergency, drop-off appointments should be scheduled in advance.
All patients should be up to date on vaccines and/or authorization should be obtained for vaccinations at the time of check-in for drop-off and regular appointments. For the safety of your pet and others, all patients should arrive in a pet carrier or be properly restrained on a leash with harness.

Appointment check-in: All clients will be asked to complete a check-in questionnaire, each time a patient is brought to our clinic. If you would like to view/print a copy of this questionnaire, please click here.
New Patients: Please provide medical records prior to, or at the time of your cat's first appointment. New clients will be asked to complete a new client form. If you would like to view/print this form, please click here.
Boarding Reservations and check-in: We offer a limited number of boarding spaces at our facility and request advance reservations - especially for holidays. Once a date has been reserved, patients may be brought to our facility for check-in at any time prior to 5:30 PM on that date. Clients will be required to complete a check-in questionnaire, as well as a boarding consent form. To view/print the consent form, please click here. We recommend providing your pet's normal diet when boarding. Our facility will provide blankets, toys, clean litterboxes, and fresh food and water during your pet's stay. All patients boarding in our facility must be up to date on vaccines. If you have questions or need more information, please contact our office.
Fees and Payment Options: Fees are due when services are rendered, or at the time of discharge. We offer Care Credit, which offers an interest free repayment period, based on the account balance. You can easily apply for Care Credit in our office or online, and approval takes only minutes.
Prescription refills: Refills are authorized on a case-by-case basis and requests for refills are accepted via email, phone, or fax. Please provide the client and patient name, the medication name, and a contact number or email address so that we can contact you when your request has been handled.
